XT2300-800-217C cable car direct drivesystem developed by Physis was recognized as the “first (set)” equipment inChina in 2022. Diameter: 2.5 m; power: 700 kW; efficiency: >94%. The cablecar direct drive system adopts a modular magnetic circuit design, modularcascade topology, and precision manufacturing processes. It can satisfy 350 kW/700kW/1050 kW axial modular combinations. The relevant technology has obtained 4patents for invention, and 7 patents for utility models. The R&D and matureapplication of Physis direct drive system technology will solve variousproblems with conventional cable car systems, such as difficulty inmaintenance, large size, low efficiency, etc.
